Wholesale Bra RFQ Checklist: Information Buyers Should Prepare

Sourcing Guides

A useful wholesale bra RFQ defines both the product and the commercial context. The goal is to let the buyer and supplier discuss the same scope from the first reply.

Start with the product reference

List the CNBRAS style code, attach a reference image or describe the intended silhouette. Explain whether the product is for a core range, seasonal launch or coordinated set. If several references are included, rank them by priority.

State the market and sales channel

Destination country and sales channel can affect labeling, packaging, documentation and testing discussions. State whether the range is intended for a brand, importer, distributor, department store, specialist retailer or another B2B channel.

Define colors, sizes and quantity

Give the estimated quantity by style or for the total program. Add the preferred number of colors and a preliminary size breakdown. These inputs help determine whether the requested combination is commercially practical.

Describe branding and packaging

Identify logo placement, labels, hangtags, unit packing, assortment packing and carton-mark requirements. If artwork is not ready, state which branding elements will be needed later.

Add quality and delivery requirements

State any measurement format, testing request, inspection expectation, destination requirement and target delivery window. Do not assume that an image communicates these points.

Key takeaway

A complete RFQ should answer: which product, for which market, in which sizes and colors, at what estimated quantity, with what branding, packaging and quality requirements.
