- Brief review. The product reference and commercial requirements are checked for completeness.

- Sampling scope. Sample type, requested changes, cost and timing are agreed before work starts.
- Approval record. The approved product, size, color, label and packaging details become the order reference.
- Bulk order confirmation. Quantity, price, production conditions, inspection and delivery terms are confirmed for the project.
