How CNBRAS handles website and B2B enquiry information

This policy explains what information may be processed when you browse cnbras.com or submit a wholesale, OEM or private label enquiry. CNBRAS does not sell consumer products through this website.

Information you provide

The RFQ form may collect your company name, business email, country or market, estimated quantity and product requirements. You may also provide product codes, sizes, colors, customization and packaging requirements. Do not submit payment-card data, account passwords, government identifiers, health information or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Technical and preference information

The hosting platform, content delivery network, security services and WordPress installation may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request time and security events to operate and protect the website. The site stores your privacy preference locally in your browser so that it can remember whether optional technologies were accepted or rejected.

Purposes and legal grounds

Service providers and international processing

Website hosting, content delivery, email and security providers may process information on behalf of the website operator. Because CNBRAS serves international buyers, an enquiry may be reviewed or answered outside the visitor’s country. Appropriate contractual, technical and organizational safeguards should be used where applicable law requires them.

Retention

Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate a possible business relationship, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Messages that do not lead to a business relationship should be periodically reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may reject optional cookies without losing access to the public website. A visitor may reopen “Privacy settings” in the footer to change the stored preference.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not intended for children. CNBRAS does not knowingly request personal information from children.

Privacy requests

Use the Contact & RFQ page to submit a privacy question or request. Identify the relevant enquiry and write “Privacy request” at the beginning of the message. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling a request.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated when website tools, service providers or legal requirements change. The revision date below identifies the current version.
