A useful MOQ discussion starts with a defined product and variation plan. One universal number cannot represent every bra style, color, size range or private label requirement.
Separate style MOQ from total order quantity
Ask whether the stated quantity applies per style, per color, per size ratio or across a program. These are different commercial structures and should not be compared as if they were identical.
Count the variation you are requesting
Additional colors, trims, labels and packaging versions divide the order into smaller production groups. Buyers should prioritize combinations that serve a clear market need.
Explain the size plan
Share the proposed size range and quantity by size. A headline total without a size breakdown does not provide enough information to review the order.
Confirm what customization is included
State whether the request uses an existing reference direction or requires changes to construction, materials, logo application, labeling or packaging.
Request MOQ against one defined scope: product, colors, sizes, branding, packaging and estimated order quantity.
