Lingerie Manufacturing Process: From RFQ to Bulk Order

OEM & Private Label

A lingerie manufacturing project moves through a series of decisions. Buyers receive clearer quotations and more controllable results when each stage has defined inputs, approvers and records.

1. RFQ and scope review

The buyer shares product references, market, sizes, colors, quantity, branding, packaging and timing. The supplier identifies missing information and confirms what can be reviewed.

2. Product and material direction

Both sides align on the intended construction and the materials or components to be sampled. Alternatives should be identified as proposals rather than silently treated as approved substitutions.

3. Sampling and revision

Each sample is identified by style, size, color, type and revision. Feedback distinguishes mandatory corrections from optional preferences and assigns the next action.

4. Order confirmation

The confirmed order connects quantity, price, specification, approved sample, labels, packing, quality plan, delivery terms and payment conditions.

5. Production, inspection and shipment

Agreed checkpoints are used to review bulk work and packing. Shipping documents and inspection decisions should refer to the same confirmed order information.

Key takeaway

A controlled lingerie manufacturing process turns every important product and commercial decision into an approved reference.
