Brief and thong sourcing checklist

Choose lingerie briefs by cut and coverage

First, specify the waist position, back coverage and intended use. A photograph may show the overall silhouette but not the stretch or edge finish. Request front and back details for the chosen reference before deciding which samples to review.

Check lining and elastic details

Ask for the fiber composition of the main fabric and gusset lining separately. Review seam placement, waistband construction and leg elastic on the sample. Also check how labels sit against the skin. Do not assume that every color or trim uses the same material.

Plan sizing and coordinated colors

Provide a size chart, measurement points and quantities by size. If you need a matching bra, compare approved color samples across both pieces. Use the sample approval checklist and add the relevant rise, waist and leg measurements.

Building a coordinated lingerie brief assortment

Brief and thong references should be planned around their relationship to the bra range, not as an afterthought. Define coverage, gusset construction, size architecture, color consistency and whether the pieces are packed or sold as a set.

Available materials, sizes, colors, MOQ, sample terms, price and production timing are confirmed for the selected product and project. Include these requirements in the CNBRAS RFQ form.
