Select wireless bras by support structure

First, define coverage, intended use and the size range. Ask how the band, cup fabric and seams work together in the selected style. Do not assume that removing a wire guarantees comfort or the same support across every size.

Compare materials and fit

Request the fiber composition, lining and elastic details. Review band tension, cup coverage and strap adjustment on samples. Also check the closure position and how the garment feels during normal movement. Record observations using your agreed measurement method.

Build a clear sampling brief

Send a size chart, color references and quantities by size. Identify which sizes need fit samples and which changes require another review. Our sample approval checklist helps your team record measurements, labels and remaining questions.

Defining support in a wireless bra brief

Removing an underwire does not remove the need for a support system. Band structure, cup construction, lining, elastic, closure and fit should be specified according to the intended customer and use.

Available materials, sizes, colors, MOQ, sample terms, price and production timing are confirmed for the selected product and project. Include these requirements in the CNBRAS RFQ form.
