These materials may be used where a smooth surface and stretch are desired. Buyers should specify the intended use and approve the actual weight, opacity, recovery and finish offered for the style.
Mesh and lining
Mesh can serve visual or structural roles depending on the construction. State coverage and transparency expectations and review the relationship between outer material and lining.
Elastic and supporting components
Band elastic, straps, binding, closures, wire channels, foam and other components affect fit and durability. Include them in the material and sample approval record.
How to approve materials
Use traceable references, approved colors and defined tests where required. Record substitutions and obtain approval before changes are introduced into a confirmed order.
