How to Order

Follow the B2B process from product shortlist and RFQ to samples, approval and bulk order confirmation.

B2B buying process

How does your team place an order?

Start by identifying the product category or style code and sharing a complete RFQ, including the intended customer and fit priorities. CNBRAS reviews the requirements, clarifies the product direction and confirms the applicable sample and order terms before a bulk order is accepted.

  1. Build a shortlist. Browse the product archive and note the relevant style codes or attach your own references.
  2. Send an RFQ. State the market, sizes, colors, quantity, branding, packaging and desired delivery window.
  3. Clarify the scope. Resolve open questions about the product, customization and commercial requirements.
  4. Confirm samples. Agree which samples are needed and how feedback and approval will be recorded.
  5. Confirm the order. Review the final specification, quantity, price, quality plan, packing and delivery terms.
  6. Follow production and shipment. Use the agreed checkpoints and shipping documentation for the order.

Why complete RFQs receive clearer answers

A product image alone does not define an order. Quantity, size ratio, color count, logo application, packing and market requirements can all affect feasibility and quotation. A complete brief reduces repeated questions and helps both sides compare the same scope.

Ready to start?

Use the RFQ form and include the style codes or reference products your team is considering.
