Wireless and softer structures remain visible in 2026 trend reporting, but a marketable bra still needs a clear support system. Removing an underwire does not remove the need to define band, cup, lining, elastic and fit.
Describe the support target
State the customer, size range, coverage and use case. Explain whether the product is intended for light comfort, everyday support, fuller coverage or another role.
Engineer support through the full construction
Review cup seams or molding, side panels, wing height, band elastic, straps, lining and closure. Record which features are required and which can be proposed by the supplier.
Approve stretch and recovery
Soft hand-feel should be assessed together with recovery and dimensional stability. Sample comments should identify whether an issue relates to comfort, movement, support or appearance.
Position the product accurately
A wireless product can be minimal, fashion-led, seamless or supportive. Use specific product language so buyers and customers do not infer capabilities that have not been tested.
The wireless trend succeeds when soft structure is supported by deliberate construction and clear fit evidence.
